Our House will be designed with a focus on marketability, automation, versatility, construction, and visual appeal. In addition to the research and development that will be put into the house during the design and construction phases, the structure also may be used as a test bed for further research and education.

Chad Henry

Chad Henry was the Operations Manager for the International Center for Energy, Environment and Sustainability (InCEES). He was deeply involved in the 2017 Solar Decathlon College Team Competition (CRETE House), which involved collaboration with the Sam Fox School. he helped establish a partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropies for the University to assist the City of St. Louis as a winner of the American Cities Climate Challenge and in hosting the Fall 2020 Midwestern Climate Summit Think Tank series.
